26 Sep 2007 right now I would say bad service. I have five 800 numbers. Not one is working and I cannot get through to ANYONE at the company to see what is the problem or how long it may last. NOT GOOD for business to say the least. |

07 Sep 2007 I had set up some communications and the service went down. In fact, this has happened 4 times in the past year . When customer svc is called sometimes no answer for over 45 minutes, they answered after today's crash after a short 25 minutes hold(!). Then there is NO (absolutely None) explaination and states they are working on it and cannot let you know why and when. Try it - I am amazed that Costco is recommending it. It is not worth the savings since it can go down with no warning and ABSOLUTELY no back ups ( not to mention no explaination). Even their live chat line will end the session without allowing you to close it. I AM AMAZED -- I believe they have bitten off more they can handle. I believe they make a spectacular small size service. |
