16 Jan 2005 We just tried this service last week for a 15 line international call. The quality was ok--I couldn't tell if the static was due to some of the cell phone users on the call or the service itself. customer support is excellent. I was debating between this and freeconference.com and I went with Bigfoot because of the easy to use customer support. They allowed me to do to a test drive as well. We used to use POPP but the international dial out rates for them is .89/min which is ridiculous for a non-profit org. We saved lots with bigfoot. Sometimes the website is slow to load when signing in however. That can be disconcerting when trying to get the call going at first. No other glitches otherwise. |
